With a rich 15-year history as a high school and higher secondary teacher, am in  possession of a profound understanding of the teenage psyche. Having closely engaged with students, navigating the complexities of their emotions and addressing the myriad questions that fill their minds, I  have  honed an empathetic approach towards guiding young minds. Now aspiring to transition into a role as a Career Counselor, this  extensive experience positions  as a bridge between academic knowledge and practical life choices. My commitment to foster holistic growth is evident in  desire to guide students beyond the classroom, helping them navigate the pivotal decisions that shape their future. With a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate understanding of adolescents, this individual is poised to make a meaningful impact on students lives through personalized career guidance

Began my Educator journey  as a Science Teacher in High School soon promoted as HOD and then Post of Vice Principal .Handled and lead a staff of 50 Teachers organizing countless enriching activities for Students . Teacher enrichment program , attending seminar to enrich self as Educator Summit organized by IIT Delhi, Certification program in Leadership and content writing.
